At Green Goji, we are concerned about the sustainability of the different aspects of our business and we are constantly seeking to reduce our ecological footprint. Therefore, since 2011, the year in which it was founded, Green Goji has been reusing packaging and filling materials received from partners to ship orders. Whenever this is not possible, the materials used are recyclable and sustainable.

Are Green Goji products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Most of the products sold by Green Goji are suitable for vegetarians, and many of them are also suitable for vegans (usually identified in the product description). We also always include a full list of ingredients that you can consult.

Are the products sold by Green Goji certified?

Most of the products sold by Green Goji are certified as natural or organic and vegan. For more information on the meaning of the certifications of the products we sell, please consult our Certifications section.

Do I need to register as a customer to place orders?

You do not need to register as a customer. However, when completing your order, you will need to provide the necessary data for delivery and billing of the products. If you wish to register as a customer, you have the advantage of having your data saved for future purchases and being able to view your order history.

Is it possible to get product samples?

The availability of samples of a given product is dependent on the respective supplier. Whenever possible, Green Goji sends samples of available products.

What happens if any of the products are out of stock?

If the product is out of stock at the time of ordering, the system blocks the possibility of ordering it. If more than one user simultaneously purchases a product, which causes it to be out of stock without the system blocking the order, we will contact you to allow you to change the order, or maintain it and wait until the product becomes available again.

How do I know my order has been processed?

Once your order is complete, we will keep you informed of its status via the email address provided.

Can I have a different shipping address than my billing address?
