About turmeric

Turmeric is rich in curcumin, a potent antioxidant that also has anti-inflammatory properties, among others. Black pepper combined with turmeric increases the absorption of curcumin, enhancing its benefits; hence the importance of combining these two spices.

The turmeric powder used by Aromandise is obtained by gently drying high-quality rhizomes rich in curcuminoids. No extraction of other active components from the fresh rhizome (turmeric oil or other curcuminoids) is carried out for the purpose of adding value in any other way.

The dry extract is therefore rich in curcuminoids, 6 times more concentrated than the fresh rhizome of the same weight, and equally bioavailable when cooked correctly.

Ecological design

The cardboard for this packaging comes from sustainably managed forests certified by the FSC, and the printing is certified by Imprim'vert. The transparent inner bag is made of cellulose and can be compostable at home. The entire product is 100% recyclable. The product's carbon footprint is neutralized by its contribution to a carbon storage program in humus.
