Usage Advice

1. Remove the whitening strip from the protective coating.
2. Apply the lower strip first, then the upper strip, pressing gently to ensure a good fit. Fold the excess (lower) strip behind your teeth and press gently with your fingertips for 2 to 3 seconds.
3. Use for at least 30 minutes.
4. Remove and discard the used strips in the plastic bag.
5. Rinse.
