A flavorful blend of sesame seeds and wakame and kombu seaweed that adds flavor and intensity to dishes (gluten-free). Use as a salt substitute in hot and cold dishes: meat, fish, rice, vegetables, salads, etc.

The WHO recommends limiting daily salt intake to 5g.
