Usage Advice

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly and get into a comfortable position.
  2. Fold the glass. There are two options:
    A – Press the sides of the cup together, then fold the cup in half, forming a "U" shape.
    B – Place a finger on the top edge of the cup and press inwards, forming a triangle.
  3. Hold the folded cup with one hand. With the other hand, separate the labia and insert the cup towards the coccyx or the base of the spine.
  4. To check if the cup is properly fitted, rotate it 360º while holding it by the base (above the handle). The cup should rotate completely easily if it is properly fitted.
