Pure Assets, what are they: a brief presentation!

They come in the form of serums with a watery, impalpable and very light texture and are perfectly suited to all skin types, from the youngest and most impure to the most mature and dry. They are:

    • Hyaluronic Acid : targeted multi-molecular weight anti-wrinkle treatment with a plumping and hydrating action.
    • Coenzyme Q10 : this is the only pure active ingredient in an oil base, so it is ideally used as a booster for face creams. Simply add 2 drops to each application of cream: it has a protective and antioxidant action.
    • Plant-based collagen : a plant-based alternative to animal collagen that has an immediate anti-aging, plumping and lifting effect
    • Ecofermented : Korean-inspired active ingredient with anti-aging, anti-spot and softening action, based on natural fermented ingredients
    • Phytoretinol : the natural alternative to retinol with an anti-aging, regenerating and lifting action, an equivalent of vitamin A with maximum skin tolerance that mimics the actions of retinol.
    • Niacinamide + Zinc : a powerful serum with a sebum-regulating, calming and protective action capable of preventing the appearance of new imperfections and reducing sebum production, making the skin less shiny and the texture more compact, even and luminous.
    • Peptide complex with Sacha Inchi : anti-aging serum with a firming, toning and filling action, ideal for combating sagging skin on the face and décolleté.
    • Vitamin C : with its strong antioxidant power, it is able to slow down the action of free radicals and has a smoothing effect: it reduces blemishes and compacts the texture. It gives the skin extreme luminosity, leaving it fresh and radiant.
    • AHA Peeling : monthly exfoliating treatment for deep skin exfoliation, with regenerating and softening action.

Let's get to know them in detail and see how and when to use them to reinforce our anti-wrinkle routines, brighten our skin, soften expression lines and reduce changes in skin color and imperfections.

    Characteristics of mature skin

We all want to look beautiful and fresh as we age! Unfortunately, everyday life puts our skin to the test and skin aging is a completely natural process, but we can combat and slow it down. In fact, there is a lot we can do to take care of our skin and provide it with all the nutrients it needs.

The natural aging process begins between the ages of 25 and 30, when the first small signs of expression begin to appear, especially in the most sensitive areas, such as the forehead and around the eyes. In fact, from the age of 25 we lose 1% of collagen per year and from the age of 30 we lose a greater amount than is produced.

This is why, as the years go by, these signs become increasingly deeper and more numerous, until they turn into real wrinkles, which also affect the area of the mouth that is most prone to losing elasticity.

    Mature skin is characterized by:
    - Dry skin
    - Thin skin
    - Lack of shine
    - Lack of tone and firmness
    - Deep wrinkles
    - Pale or yellowish color
    - Open pores
    - Hyperpigmentation and spots

The causes of this process are natural, linked to the normal process of cellular aging, and environmental, caused by external factors.

    Natural causes of skin aging

The main natural causes of skin aging are:

    • Reduced collagen synthesis: skin thickness is mainly determined by the presence of collagen. In young skin, collagen synthesis and degradation are perfectly balanced, whereas in mature skin, normal collagen metabolism is disturbed, resulting in decreased skin thickness, loss of firmness and elasticity.
    • Reduced elastin synthesis: elastin is a protein found in all elastic fibers, such as tendons, arteries and even skin. As we age, we produce less and less elastin, which is why the skin loses its elasticity and expression lines and then wrinkles begin to appear, caused by the skin's inability to stretch again after a change.
    • Variations in melanin production: melanin production mechanisms also begin to vary with age, which is why we often observe irregular melanin production with the formation of darker hyperpigmentation spots, very common on the hands, face and neckline.

    Environmental causes of skin aging

The main environmental causes of skin aging are:

    • Stress: which leads to the production of free radicals, reactive and unstable molecules that bind to the components of our skin (lipids, phospholipids, collagen and hyaluronic acid), damaging them and causing premature aging.
    • Pollution: continuous exposure to air pollution and pollutants attacks our skin, limiting its breathing and hydration.
    • Exposure to UV rays: which also cause the release of free radicals, which can also damage the deeper layers of our skin.
    • Inadequate nutrition
    • Smoking and alcohol

We can act on both natural and environmental causes, thus avoiding accelerating the normal aging process and externally integrating all those substances useful for the regeneration of the epidermis and which can stimulate the synthesis of new cells.

In general, as we have seen, skin ages and loses its radiance and elasticity for a number of reasons. That is why we cannot rely on a single product that, no matter how complete it may be, will never be able to respond to so many facets. For effective action, it will be necessary to act on multiple fronts. Only then will we achieve our goal of preserving radiant and relaxed skin over time.

    Pure Assets: in more detail

And this is exactly how pure active ingredients work: a coordinated action on multiple fronts that will never conflict with other treatments, but will complement each other perfectly. In fact, they are pure products, very functional and powerful, but extremely well tolerated and suitable for all skin types, from combination skin, oily skin, to dry or very dry skin, to sensitive skin and they are suitable for any age.

Each problem or characteristic has its reference asset, but nothing prevents us from using them together to maximize their action.

For example, are you 20 years old and have blemishes, but also want to prevent wrinkles? The reference active ingredients will be Niacinamide + Zinc , perfect for all combination skin types, and Hyaluronic Acid , ideal for preventing wrinkles. Or are you 30 years old and want to reduce expression lines? You can use Phytoretinol for long-term action combined with Plant Collagen for an immediate tightening effect. Or are you 40 years old and would like brighter, blemish-free skin? Your reference active ingredient is Vitamin C, to which you can combine the toning and plumping action of the Peptide Complex with Sacha Inchi . However, if you are 50 years old or over and your wrinkles are deep and marked, a combined action of all the active ingredients could really be the effective action you are looking for. To use them all together, you can mix them, or use some pure as a serum and add drops of others to your face cream. Finally, you can use some in the morning and others at night.

Pure Assets: what they are and what they do

Pure Actives are powerful and easy to use. Here are their main features:

Its strong point is its targeted multi-molecular weight, which allows it to perform its extraordinary moisturizing actions on the surface (high and medium weight) and treat wrinkles in depth (low and very low weight). After use, the skin is smooth and plumped, wrinkles and small areas of sagging are filled, for a relaxing effect and a visible reduction in the depth of wrinkles. Plant Collagen

As we saw earlier, collagen is a protein that forms the structure of the skin, giving it support. It is used in the production of anti-aging cosmetics to bring elasticity to the skin and promote cell renewal.

The problem? The collagen commonly used is of animal origin. This means that its particles are too large: therefore, they do not penetrate deeply, performing a superficial and temporary action.

Plant collagen is the plant-based alternative to animal collagen, specifically developed for cosmetic use and to act on the deepest layers of the skin. It is capable of providing hydration to the skin and a powerful immediate anti-aging effect (+18% skin firmness), but if applied consistently, the results will be visible and stable even in the long term.

Who is it recommended for: those looking for greater skin elasticity but, thanks to its immediate tightening effect, also those who want to look their best on a special occasion.
